SHIPPING AND POLICIES

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase.  If your order is placed before 1PM EST between Monday - Friday it will ship out on the same day that your order is placed. If your order is placed after 1PM EST it will ship out on the next business day.  If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on the following Monday after the weekend. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. 

USA SHIPPING

All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping charge for most orders within the USA is between $5 and $10. For a price estimate on shipping, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and enter your zip code in the 'Estimate Shipping' section on the Shopping Cart page.

Your Delivery Confirmation number or Tracking number which you can use to track your package will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking link to update with tracking information.

Overnight shipping within the USA is available for an extra charge based on the weight of your package. All Overnight orders ship with UPS. Please select the Overnight shipping option during checkout to purchase this service, and please note if your order is placed after 1PM EST that it will not ship out until the next business day.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

All orders to Canada are shipped via USPS. Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping charge for most orders to Canada is between $20 and $40. For a price estimate on shipping, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and enter your zip code in the 'Estimate Shipping' section on the Shopping Cart page.  We ship all orders to Canada with a low value, however we are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that you may have to pay to receive your package. We are also not responsible for any delays in the shipment due to customs agency delays.

The Delivery Confirmation number which you can use to track your package will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Delivery Confirmation link to update with tracking information. Please note that after the package leaves the USA from Chicago, the package is handed off to the Canadian Post Office. At this point, you will not able to track your package along the way and the Delivery Confirmation number will only update once the package has been delivered to you in Canada or if there is a problem along the way. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders to International countries are shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and to which country it is going to. The shipping charge for most orders to International countries is between $24 and $45. For a price estimate on shipping, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and enter your zip code in the 'Estimate Shipping' section on the Shopping Cart page.  We ship all orders to International countries with a low value, however we are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that you may have to pay to receive your package. We are also not responsible for any delays in the shipment due to customs agency delays within your country.

RETURNED PACKAGES 

If you provide us with an incorrect address and as a result your package is undeliverable and returned to us by the mail carrier, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee in order to have the package redelivered to your correct address. If this is the case, we will contact you once the package is returned to us, and please note that USPS can hold undeliverable packages for up to 60 days. If at this time you do not wish to pay the additional shipping or if you do not contact us back, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee and minus a 15% restocking fee.

LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event that a package is lost by the mail carrier, we will assist you in filing an investigation with the mail carrier in order to locate the package. If the package is still deemed lost after the investigation, we will replace the lost items for you at no charge. However, if the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number states that the package was delivered, then we will not be held responsible for a package that is claimed to be lost and will not be able to replace the lost items for you. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges only on full price merchandise within 10 days of when you receive your order. You can exchange for other merchandise or get store credit.  All sale or discounted items are final sale.  Exchanged merchandise must be received back by us in original unworn condition with all tags and/or stickers attached. Shoes must be sent back to us double-boxed and the shoebox must be in original undamaged condition. Shoes that are sent back to us in just their original shoebox will be refused.

In order to process an exchange, please follow the directions on the invoice included with your order and contact us for an RA#. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise in order to do an exchange.  Original shipping cost will not be included in your exchange/store credit and customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for missing/damaged packages sent back to us by the customer so we recommend purchasing necessary packaging and tracking to ensure proper delivery.

In the event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, we will exchange it for the correct merchandise and cover all normal shipping costs for returning the merchandise back to us. If we cannot exchange it for the correct merchandise due to the item being sold out, we will issue you a full refund or store credit (including your original shipping cost) once the merchandise is returned back to us.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. USA Customers may also call into our retail location at 734.769.2260 during business hours to place a credit card order over the phone. For our protection and yours, with phone orders we can only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card.

 

SALES TAX

All orders shipping to addresses in Michigan are charged a 6% state sales tax by law.  All other orders shipping to states outside of Michigan and outside of the USA are not charged a sales tax. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order with us, we request personal information and this information is used for billing and order fulfillment purposes only. Any financial information, including credit card numbers, are not stored. Your information will never be sold, shared, distributed or rented to any third party. During checkout, you will have the option to join our email newsletter and if you choose to sign up for it, you can opt out of it at any time.
