Motivation is a premium specialty boutique and brand headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We opened our first retail location in 2007 on the heart of the University of Michigan's campus, and we are one of the state's only boutiques to cater to streetwear fashion and culture.  In 2009 we made a conscious effort to focus on developing our own private-label Motivation brand, and the line is now stocked in over 60 specialty boutiques in more than 10 different countries across the world.

Our Motivation brand focuses on high quality apparel and headwear with classic collegiate styling. Many of the design elements found in each seasonal line are based on college athletics and mixed with our own unique, and often twisted, perspective on things.  The line is produced in limited quantities each season and distributed to only the top specialty boutiques across the world.  It consists mainly of graphic t-shirts, athletic tops, fleece, and headwear items.

At our retail location, in addition to our Motivation brand, we also carry apparel from similar brands that are creative, cutting edge, and influential. The brands we stock are hand-selected and very limited in distribution; they are largely independent and not found in traditional retail outlets. We are recognized amongst the top specialty boutiques in the Midwest, and are well known for our selection of hard-to-find headwear.  All of our merchandise available in-store is also available here on MTVTN.com, and we ship out our products daily to thousands of customers across the US and the World from our warehouse in Ann Arbor, MI.
