Shipping
All domestic & international orders will be sent via US Post Office Priority Mail which arrives to most US destinations in 2-3 business days and most international destinations in 5-14 business days. UPS Ground may be used for larger domestic orders. The delivery confirmation or tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. In general orders ship out the next business day after purchase however we do not ship out on Sundays or holidays.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Charges
Currently, there is a flat shipping charge of only $5 per domestic (U.S.) order, no matter how many items are ordered. Orders are sent via 2-3 day Priority Mail shipping. This shipping promotion may end at any time. If you would like to ship your order with overnight shipping please give us a call at 734-769-2260 to purchase this additional service.
Canadian Shipping Charges
If order amount is between $1 - 99.99: $20
If order amount is between $99.99 - $149.99: $25
If order amount is between $149.99 - $199.99: $30
If order amount is over $199.99: $35
Very large orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders containing irregular sized items that require extra packaging such as hats and shoes may be shipped via First Class Mail service (5-14 day delivery time to Canada).
International Shipping Charges

Very large orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders containing irregular sized items that require extra packaging such as hats and shoes may be shipped via Airmail service (7-21 day delivery time).
Payments
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal via our website. You may also call into our store during business hours to place a credit card order over the phone. For our protection and yours, we only ship to billing addresses.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only (no returns) for merchandise or store credit within 10 days of when you receive your order. All sale and discounted items are final sale. Exchanged merchandise must be received back by us in original unworn condition with all tags and/or stickers attached, and free of any odors. Original shipping cost will not be included in your store credit and customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back to us. We are not responsible for missing/damaged packages sent back to us by the customer; please purchase necessary packaging and tracking to ensure proper delivery. Should you need an exchange, please contact us via email or phone before sending the merchandise back to us for an RA#.
