The Saucony Shadow 6000 'Kintsugi' sneakers in Gray / Black are a limited release featuring a premium suede and nubuck upper in a muted light and dark Teal colorway with Gray, Tan, and Brown accents. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the breakage with metallic lacquer; elements of this are represented in the shoe with bronze embroidered 'cracks' on the inner sides of each shoe, and the threads between the panels on the outer sides of the shoes seemingly holding them together.
This retro running silhouette first debuted in 1991 as a high-mileage running sneaker and it features a comfortable ionic cushioning system and premium sock liner. These sneakers also feature unique elements such as an embossed leather Kanji Saucony tag on the tongue, hairy suede tongues with a raw edge, tan and grey shoe laces, a leather lining with a pottery-patterned insole, a speckled midsole, and a semi-translucent Brown outsole. They come with a special edition box as well. Suede and Nubuck Upper with Rubber Sole.
