XLARGE is a pioneering streetwear clothing brand that originally started in Los Angeles, California in 1991, and is now based out of Japan. It was started as a shop by owners Adam Silverman and Eli Bonerz and the clothing quickly rose to fame in the early 1990s as it was adopted by celebrities such as Mike D of The Beastie Boys and Spike Jonez. They are known for their Gorilla logo and they produce a wide range of apparel each season that takes influence from workwear, skateboard, music, West Coast, and vintage aesthetics.
